What To expect?
We begin classes with a quick introduction, followed by a dynamic warm-up to get your heart pumping and muscles stretched. After that, the coach will explain and demo the workout and you’ll get your sweat on!
What to bring
A water bottle, a towel (if you’d like), and yourself!
What to Wear
Clothing and shoes you can exercise in comfortably. Our facility is climate controlled, but sometimes the workout might involve a short run (or walk!) outside, so be aware of the weather outside.
Do I need to Signup Before?
There are usually openings for walk-ins, but we recommend registering beforehand so you can sign the waiver and be ready to jump into class when you arrive.
