Our open gym hours are perfect for members who prefer to train on their own schedule. Whether you’re a drop-in visitor, on a 3-class-a-week membership, or an unlimited member, you have access to the gym to work out independently.
Open gym is designed for those who are experienced and comfortable navigating their own fitness routines, allowing you to focus on your personal goals without the need for structured classes.
Please note that if a class is in session, it will have priority on equipment and space. While we aim to accommodate everyone, class participants get first dibs, so plan accordingly. That said, there’s always room to get your workout in—just bring your A-game and take advantage of the flexibility!
We request that you register for Open Gym on the app and sign in at the front and open gym counts as a visit / punchcard pass. Registration and check-in closes 1 hour before the Open Gym block ends.
