As always, our all-levels Free Community Workout is available to anyone who wants to drop in and train with us on a Saturday morning. And, yes, it’s free.
For Beginners
We require folks new to functional fitness and weightlifting enroll in our Personal or Group Foundations courses.
We want to make sure novice athletes have a solid base knowledge of movements when entering our group classes for both the athlete’s safety and to ensure our coaches are able to provide attention to all class participants.
Memberships
Monthly and yearly memberships are available for athletes who have a base knowledge of functional fitness.
Drop-ins and Punchcards
Come visit us for a day, a week, or grab a punchcard if a monthly commitment just isn’t right for your schedule or budget.
Foundations for Beginners
Brand-new to fitness or maybe there are some gaps in your knowledge? We offer 2 different options for new athletes to complete our Foundations program.
Experienced athletes can complete a Foundations Checklist with a coach to bypass a Foundations course.

Sliding Scale
Needs-based membership discounts are available for folks who are experiencing temporary financial hardship.
Drop-Ins and Punchcards
Whether you’re in town for the week or just want to check us out for the day, we offer a few non-recurring visit options to make the most of your time at PSC.
These passes (with the exception of Yoga) are intended for experienced athletes (ex: Crossfit™ or similar functional fitness background). Beginners who want to drop into a single class are welcome to join our all-levels Free Community Workout.
