Reserve Your Spot
Reserve your spot in class via the app. Reservations for classes close 15 minutes before class start.
We usually have some space for walk-ins, but be prepared to have to wait for the next class if we’re full.
Open Gym reservations and check-in closes 1 hour before the end of the session block.
What do I do when I arrive?
We request you arrive a few minutes early for your first class just to get settled. There’s an iPad at the front near the door for you to check-in to class and a set of cubbies to stash your gear.
What do I bring / Wear?
Comfortable shoes (ideally athletic shoes for support, but plenty of folks work out in Converse), clothes you can move comfortably in, and a water bottle.
